Janelle Harden and Quiani Miller are African American, small business owners originally from NYC and are both military veterans. They have known each other for a very long time and realized that there has to be a better way to make money than to constantly be on someone else’s schedule. They started this business for themselves and others to have the ability to maintain the work and home life balance that we all desire. Their goal is to help people continue to make money while still having the ability to enjoy life.

Janelle graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Maritime College where she learned leadership through the schools regimented training program geared toward preparing students to become officers in the Merchant Marine. She would use this knowledge later in life when she joined the U.S. Army as a Watercraft Operator.

After completing her time in the U.S. Air Force as an Aerospace Control and Warning Systems, Radar Surveillance Technician, and then in U.S. Army as a Watercraft Engineer, Quiani went to ECPI University and attained a degree in Software Development with a concentration in Web Design.

Not only did they both attain degrees from their schools, but experience and knowledge from their time in the military, and just overall life living. Through all of their experiences, together or apart, they have always had the desire to help others. They realized that as a small business there are many things needed for startup and the continued growth of a successful business.
