Many companies outsource their call volume to companies such as Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then outsources companies to find people that are working from home and connect them to clients in need of services. You will certify through J & Q Services and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all computerized so you log into your computer and into the client systems and the calls will come to your phone line. You answer the phone as if you are in a call center. It gives people who cannot commute to work or are in need of a flexible schedule, the opportunity to still make a living.

- You must legally reside in the United States and must be atleast 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applicants. If you move, you are able to bring your job with you. How many jobs can you say that about?
- Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusettses, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
- In order to partner with J & Q Services and have the opportunity to provide your services clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.
- The following are the required fees:
- Arise Background Check ($9.99). If you have felonies or bank fraud charges you may not be eligible to provide services.
- Certification Course for the client you choose stars at $19 up to $249.
- These fees are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not J & Q Services and Designs.
There are a variety of client programs that you chose to partner. There are sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support clients. You will be able to choose the client you would like to provide services to on your own schedule.
- We have a low flat rate fee of $25 dollars per invoice. Our partner Arise Solutions charges a month fee of $39.75. This split into the two invoices. We on the 1st and 15th of the month.
- J & Q Services and Designs has to cover business cost such as computers, bank fees, software cost, direct deposit fees and more. The service fee allows us to provide you with support during your certification process as well as once you are actively working with clients.
- You are an Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for filing your own taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you make enough income to qualify for one.
- We advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.
- The admission process can take as little as 1 day, depending on how long the background check takes to process. You the choose a client certification course. It can be up to 30 days, for a class you start. Class are typically 30 and some are self-paced and can be completed in a matter of hours. Once you are certified you may begin working immediately. Be aware that depending on class availability and how quickly you choose a class it may take up to 2 months.
- You are self-employed and in control of when and how much you work. We advise you to select a client that has a contract that meets your needs.
J & Q Services and Designs, LLC does not pay for time spent in a client certification course. As an Independent Contractor, Sole proprietor, or Freelancer, you are responsible for any certification that is required in order for you to properly provide services to the client.

- Purchase a headset that can plug into your phone. (Cordless phones are not accepted)
- Have or prepare to have a land line telephone with no features or a digital phone line through your cable or internet company.
- You will receive an email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity,W( form and direct deposit form. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client.
